Burren Master Class Workshops- Making Preserves and Desserts

Clareville house Kitchen Garden are hosting a series of creative Master Class workshops in the Burren during April 2016.

Acommodation and dinner is recommended at Hylands Burren Hotel, a very comfortable country house hotel in Ballyvaughan with a range of guided walks and activities available for those of you who are staying a few days. 100€ per person per day workshop including lunch, all materials, equipment and ingredients. In advance of the summer learn how to prepare desserts; ice cream, puddings and cakes and preserves; jams, jellies and relishes for your family and friends. On the first day learn to make foods that you can store with the fruit and vegetables you grow or buy. On the second day learn how to use milk and carigeen (inc chocolate, fruit or veg) to produce tasty desserts; ice cream and blamange pudding. You will take home your own preserves and desserts.
